Minister Teresa Ribera visits Thermowaste’s plant in Ariño

The Minister of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge Teresa Ribera visits Thermowaste’s Assembly and Testing Center.

After presenting the Agreement for Just Transition in Andorra, the Minister continued on her way to Teruel to visit Thermowaste’s waste treatment plant, to see its facilities and the technological process.

Oscar Ribas, CEO of Thermowaste, welcomed her with an introduction focused on getting to know the company and its objectives. Subsequently, the process line called Limpulación, which converts solid waste into clean and manipulable materials, was presented.

During her visit to Ariño, the Minister emphasized the importance of the existence of companies dedicated to promoting sustainable development in the region.
